Searched online for a garage nearby and based off the reviews, I thought why not. Past experiences with garages online after dropping off contact forms, I’ve never heard back from, But Dell? Within minutes of submitting the form, they called back to discuss my needs and a suitable time frame! Chose a time best suited, dropped the car off and left. A few hours later, Dell called and explained what they had found. Some I was aware of, other bits I wasn’t! Glad they checked. They also explained the risks of one of the tasks (Brake hose replacement, possibility of snapping a line) Which I understood and accepted. They kept my car over the weekend and Monday. I had to get my work pass from the car Monday and they updated me then whilst there. Went to work, a few hours later Dell called to say they had completed the job with no issue.
Over the moon. Everyone I had contact with there come across very friendly and welcoming. Work completed to a high standard and the price was very reasonable. Will use again in the future for sure. Very happy.
